How to prepare it?
Pour lemon juice over fillets, sprinkle with rosemary, salt and pepper and put them on aluminium foil and into an ovenproof dish. Sprinkle the fillets with chopped onion and crushed garlic. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Mix two spoonfuls of ketchup, two spoonfuls of sunflower oil, and two spoonfuls of tomato puree and smear the fillets with the sauce. Put them into the oven for half an hour.
